Workshop on "Intelligent Aerial Robotics: From Autonomous Micro Aerial Vehicles to Sustainable Urban Air Mobility and Operations".
When: May 23, 2022 (Physical & Remote)
Remote Participation Zoom link: https://nyu.zoom.us/j/92219268255
Abstract: This workshop will be devoted to discussing intelligent aerial robotics functionalities that can be used to support Urban Air Mobility, including package delivery and the transportation of people. The workshop is in the confluence of two mighty streams: intelligent autonomous functionalities on-board aircrafts and Urban Air Mobility. Accordingly, we will discuss the new achievements in the application of Artificial Intelligence to unmanned aerial vehicles and their maturity to be applied on-board aircrafts to be used in Urban Air Mobility. The existing economic, social and regulation hurdles will also be analyzed.
